Balloon Pilot Khaled Al Shishani licenced since 1994 from the United States of America Missouri, St Louis. The first and only Jordanian holding the American Balloon pilot License and the first Jordanian obtaining Jordan Commercial Balloon License. Khaled Al Shishani has an experience exceeding 20 years in working with the Royal Aerosports Club of Jordan, and is currently working in Wadi Rum desert. His devotion and passion towards his country has made his Flying experience richer and more pleasing to him because for him representing his country in the best way possible is all that matters

Hot Air Balloons
A hot air balloon ride in the mystical desert of Wadi Rum is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that should not be missed. Hot air balloons offer an incredible view of the majestic red sand dunes, and the vastness of the desert during sunrise, making it a truly remarkable experience. Balloons work based on the principles of hot air rising and density. When the air inside the balloon is heated, it becomes less dense and lighter than the surrounding cool air. As a result, the balloon rises up into the air. The heat is generated by a burner that burns propane to heat the air inside the balloon. The pilot can control the altitude of the balloon by adjusting the temperature of the air inside the balloon. By heating the air more, the balloon rises higher, and by allowing the air to cool, the balloon descends
Stargazing
The best spot for stargazing in Wadi Rum and Gulf of Aqaba area with a powerful equatorial schmidt-cassegrain Telescope mounted in the middle of the desert. Surrounded by dark sky so guests can see it all.

The location of the Wadi Rum Bedouin Camp and the people who run it are fantastic. The food is unbelievable, and the opportunity to sleep under the stars here will remain in your memory forever.
All rooms feature beautiful Bedouin decoration and have comfortable beds. While you have to share the bathroom, they are spotless all day long and close to the tents.
